The Problem
What happens when you have ADHD and seek traditional psychiatric care?
You miss appointments. You run out of medication. You fall off track — work and home life suffer. That's not a patient problem. It's a system problem.

Meet Your Provider
Liz Moore, PMHNP
Liz is particularly experienced in managing ADHD, especially in the climate of supply shortages and deploys various methods to overcome these obstacles. In addition to ADHD, Liz provides treatment for anxiety, depression, insomnia and other mood disorders. She will also partner with your therapist to facilitate Ketamine-Assisted Therapy when applicable.
A Note on Transformation
“We don’t so much solve our problems as we outgrow them. We add capacities and experiences that eventually make us bigger than the problems.”
— Carl Jung
Liz believes challenges like depression and anxiety are often more than chemical imbalances — they can be a calling to understand ourselves and initiate meaningful change. Her practice combines evidence-based medical treatments with psychotherapy and lifestyle adjustments in a safe, supportive, LGBTQ+ affirming environment.
